Lois Ann (Fry) Smith

Lois Ann Smith, 90, of Glen Hope, died at Mountain Laurel Health Care and Rehabilitation Center, Clearfield, on Feb. 20, 2024.

She was born Aug. 26, 1933 in Sparks, Okla., a daughter of Golden Thomas Fry and Bonnie Nora Campbell Stewart.

She married Herman B. Smith, who preceded her in death on Feb. 17, 2000; also sisters, Wanda Harman, Leona Hays, and Luella Johnson; and brother, Robert Fry, Sr.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews; and her caregiver, Debra Harper.

She was a member of the Glen Hope Vol. Fire Co. and Glen Hope United Methodist Church.

Visitation will be on Friday, Feb. 23, 2024 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lloyd-Dimmick Funeral Home, Inc., 91  Rose Street, Irvona, with the funeral service to follow at 8 p.m. with the Rev. Larry Corner, officiating.

Burial will be at the Bell (Glen Hope) Cemetery.
