Barbara Warholic

Barbara Warholic, 82, Smithmill, died Monday, April 22, 2019, at Conemaugh Miners Medical Center, Hastings.

She was born in Bald Hill, Clearfield County, daughter of Hazard A. and Genevieve (Billotte) Martel. She lived in Eastlake Ohio for 60 years and returned to Pennsylvania in August 2015. On July 28, 1956, she married Nick Warholic in Coalport.

Surviving are her husband; two sisters: Genevieve J. Aziz of Clearwater, Fla. and Colleen E. (Robert) Bacher of Coalport; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters: Audrey Nevling and Joyce McGarvey.

Barbara was a 1953 graduate of BCI High School. She was employed as a bookkeeper for 60 years for both the National Screw Co. and Osbourne Concrete Co., and retiring from Osbourne in 2008. 

She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Ramey. For 60 years, she was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Willoughby, Ohio.

At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing or visitation. A private family funeral Mass will be held Thursday, May 1, 2019, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Ramey. Interment will be private in the church cemetery. Arrangements are by Lloyd-Dimmick Funeral Home Inc., 91 Rose St., Irvona.
