Edward J. Westover

Edward J. Westover, of Westover Road, LaJose, 77, passed away Oct. 11, 2025 at home.

Born Oct. 4, 1948 in Spangler, he was the son of Ned and Nedra (McCulley) Westover of LaJose.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sally, of 58 years and beloved son, Norman, of Punxsutawney, grandchild, Amber Baker, great-grandchildren, Arianna and Emalynn Baker of Punxsutawney, sister, Judy (Lew) Hamm of Madera, brother, Ronald Westover of LaJose, and several nieces and nephews.

Ed served in the U.S. Army, worked at Greenwich Coal Mines in Uniontown to finally retire from their business E & R Sporting Supplies and trophy shop after 25 years.

Ed was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. His most precious moments were those hunting, fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He will be sadly missed by all.

On Ed's requests, there will be no viewing or visitation.

A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
