Elizabeth C. (Hockenberry) Queen

Elizabeth C. Queen, 95, of New Millport and formerly of Irvona died Oct. 1, 2023 at Ridgeview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Curwensville.

Born May 16, 1928, daughter of the late Michael and Cynthia (Boyles) Hockenberry.

She is survived by sons, Larry Queen of New Millport and David (Mary) Queen of Irvona; eight grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild; and a sister Betty Sabol of Beccaria.

Preceded in death by daughters, Carol Gallaher and Linda Baum; son, Milford Queen; brothers, John and George Hockenberry; sisters, Dora Huley, Agnes Queen; and one grandchild.

Visitation will be Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2023 from 1 to 3 and 4 to 7 p.m. with the funeral service at 7 p.m. with her nephew Pastor Robert Queen officiating.

Burial will be at Fruit Hill Cemetery.
