Esther L. (Mann) Smarsh

Esther L. Smarsh, 79, of Irvona, passed away June 8, 2026 at UPMC Altoona.

Esther was born Feb. 4, 1947 and is the daughter of Lester and Letta (Bond) Mann.

Esther is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Mary Rambo and Harriet Litzinger.

Esther is survived by her husband, Robert Smarsh; brothers, Lester and Victor; sons, Robert of Morrisdale, Andrew of Wisconsin, Tony of Clearfield, Rick of Irvona, Victor of Irvona; daughters, Esther Concklyn of Cherry Tree, Susian Stourt of DuBois, Penny of Coalport; 19 grandchildren; and multiple great-grandchildren.

Esther was a member of the Irvona Christian & Missionary Alliance Church.

There will be a service for Esther on July 11, 2026 at 1 p.m. at the Irvona C&MA Church with pastor Douglas Williams.
