Obituary

Georgie M. Cox, of Irvona, died Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2022, at Westminster Woods.

She was born Feb. 22, 1942, in Clearfield, a daughter of Huber and Marian (Brink) Frailey.

She was a U.S. Air Force RN Captain.

She worked for Clearfield Community Nursing.

Surviving are sons, Philip G. (Jessica), and Matthew P. (Kristie), a daughter, Eleanor A Lalli (Bob); also surviving are brothers, Andy (Bonnie), Leo (Jeannie), Dennis (Deb), Danny (Donna) and Kerry (Elizabeth); sisters, Janet (William) Hazelton, Jenny (James) Vaux, Barbara (Richard) Graham, Darlene Westover and Della (Donald) Wharton; grandchildren, Tucker, Sayge and Sienna Lalli.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband James; and son Michael.

Visitation will be held Friday, Aug. 6, 2022 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Lloyd-Dimmick Funeral Home, Inc., Irvona.

Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 3 p.m. with the Rev. David Westover presiding.

Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, LaJose.
