Irvin "Sonny” Feaster Jr., 84 years old of Rural LaJose, died December 14, 2017 in Miners Medical Center, Hastings.
He was born February 19, 1933, in Huntingdon, son of Irvin Feaster Sr. and Edna (Cochran) Feaster.
Irvin was a US Air Force Veteran and a life member of Mahaffey VFW
He worked as a Loader Operator for Benjamin Coal Co.
Irvin is survived by his wife Marie, son Douglas Feaster & wife Kathy of Rural LaJose, daughter Deborah Feaster of Irvona.
Also surviving are seven grandchildren seventeen great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Irvin was preceded in death by his parents, 1st wife Evelyn Hutton, Stepson Scott Gallaher, Brother John Feaster, four sisters, Clara Jane Reeger, Nancy Brown, Stella Clock, and Ann Berger.
Friends will be received Sunday, December 17, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm & Monday, December 18, 9:00 am - 10:00 am at the Lloyd-Dimmick Funeral Home, Inc, Irvona.
Services will be held at the funeral home at 10 am Monday Dec. 18, with Pastor Robert Queen officiating.
Interment will follow in the Fairview Cemetery, Rural LaJose.
