Joan L. (McCully) Taylor

Joan L. (McCully) Taylor, age 89, of Irvona and Texas, passed into God's hands on Jan. 27, 2026, at Midtown Oaks, Altoona.

Joan was born Sept. 1, 1936, and is the daughter of James Stewart McCully and Mary Keith.

She married Ronald Taylor on July 7, 1973. Ronald passed away Aug. 19, 2025.

Joan worked and retired from Spherion in Texas.

Joan is preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Richard Keith McCully, James Stewart McCully; and sister, June (McCully) McGarvey.

Joan is survived by her sister, Nancy Branniff; and brother, Robert (Joan), both of Irvona. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Burial will take place in the Fairview Cemetery in LaJose.
