Olga M. Lindsey, 96, of Irvona was called by her Lord and Savior to her heavenly home on Nov. 6, 2021 at UPMC Altoona.
Born Feb. 19, 1925 in Irvona, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Yagella) Ninosky.
She was the wife of the Rev. Ralph Lindsey Sr. who preceded her in death on Feb. 18, 2009. In addition, she was preceded in death by her parents; a grandson, Douglas Lindsey on Aug. 22, 2003; three brothers, Mike, John and Nick; three sisters, Catherine "Katie" Dudurich, Rose Adcock and Helen Andrews.
She is survived by three children, daughter Bona (Gary) Robinson of Baden, Joseph (Carol) Lindsey of Cranberry Township, and Ralph Lindsey, Jr. of Irvona. Also surviving, sister Mary Hilliard of LaJose, brother Raymond "Chuck" (Sharon) Anderson of Irvona, nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Olga was a faithful and supportive pastor's wife, serving as pianist, organist, choir director, and teacher. She and her husband supplied vocal duets in other churches and conferences. They pastored the Christian and Missionary Alliances Churches in Sherman, N.Y., Gibsonia and Titusville. After her husband retired, they served in an interim position at the McPherron C&MA for an additional 8.5 years.
Olga also worked as a tax consultant for H&R Block, and in accounting for a local TY cable office for many years.
Friends will be received from 10 a.m. to noon on Tuesday Nov. 9, 2021 at the Lloyd-Dimmick Funeral Home, Inc., Rose Street, Irvona.
Services will be held at noon on Nov. 9, 2021 at the funeral home with the Rev. Dan Osterhout officiating.
Interment will be at the Fairview Baptist Cemetery, LaJose.
