Phyllis A. Frye

Phyllis A. Frye, 88, of Irvona, passed away Monday, Nov. 25 2024 at her residence.

She was the daughter of Walter Barrett and Alice (Johnston) Barrett.

She is survived by her children, Linda (Larry) Byerly of Berlin Heights, Ohio, Calvin Frye of Flinton, Randy Frye of Philipsburgh; a brother, Frank; and two sisters, Doris Schule and Ruth Kunsman.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald; brothers, Bill, Ed, Alvin, Richard; and sisters Eliza Fontanella and Dewey; five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Phyllis had worked at local clothing factories.

Family will receive friends 4-7 p.m. Friday and from 12-2 p.m. on Saturday at Lloyd-Dimmick Funeral Home Inc., Irvona.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday with Pastor Richard Ginter.

Burial will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Glasgow.
