Raymond Posansky, 88, of Glen Hope, died Feb. 27, 2026, at his residence.
Born on Oct. 24, 1937, in Cleveland, Ohio, he was the son of John and Elizabeth (Tutko) Posansky
His wife, Luella Frailey, preceded him in death on June 17, 2008.
He is survived by his children, Raymond (Carole) Pasansky of Madera, and Carol (David) Muraril, of Philipsburg; sister, Evelyn (Norman) Diehl, of Glen Hope; grandchildren Clifford (Brandy), Curt, Dustin (Julia), Craig, Dylan (Morgan); and great grandson, Connor.
He had worked at the Clearfield Cheese until it closed, then he worked for K & F Wood Products until he retired.
He was a member of the Glen Hope United Methodist Church and served on many church committees.
He was a charter member of the Glen Hope Vol Fire Co.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 4, 2026, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-7 p.m. Funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. with Pastor Preston Hutchins Jr.
Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery, LaJose.
