Thelma Jean Kauffman, 94, of Coalport, passed away at Maybrook Hills Rehabilitation in Altoona.
She was born on May 24, 1930, the daughter of John Ash Lee and Dora (Montgomary) Lee of Bethlehem.
She married George W. Kauffman Jr. on Nov. 21, 1951 - they were married for 66 years.
She is survived by three sons, Larry (Pan), Ralph (Nancy) of Coalport, and Ron of Pittsburgh; sisters, Emma Lean Dewinter, Mary A. Ewing; nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
She was preceded by brothers, James Lee, Richard Lee; sisters, Anna Mae Lee, Freda Bennett; and grandson, Steven Kauffman.
Thelma worked for Sylvania in Houtzdale for 10 years and sold AVON for 38 years. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and collecting bells.
Friends will be received 3-5 p.m. on Thursday, May 15 at the C&MA Church in Coalport with the funeral service at 5 p.m. with the Rev. Michael Dorich officiating.
Burial will be in the Mount Zion Cemetery.
